How does it work?
 
A Chocolate Fountain is a stainless steel piece of catering equipment that melts chocolate in a heated basin. A motor driven auger carries the chocolate up the cylinder to the top of the fountain where a warm curtain of chocolate cascades down and over the fountain tiers, giving the illusion of a chocolate waterfall.
